You do not state IDS version. If you recently upgraded to 7.24 part of
the problem is that 7.24 does a more extensive testing of the logical
log files which was accidentally skipped in earlier versions and
purposely left out of 7.30 because it is too slow. Beyond that your
database may be becoming fragmented and is probably growing. You
really do not need to do this level of checking constantly like this.
Change to checking a subset of your tables along with the system checks
each week rotating the subset so all tables are covered monthly.
