Leffler question/sqlcmd

Folks, Although this is probably a "leffler" question (since he wrote sqlcmd), I'll accept anybody's help ;) I can't seem to compile sqlcmd (from the iiug archives) under 7.10 Online. Does it work under 7.xx? I see .h files for 5.00 but nothing later. Has anyone compiled this under 7.xx? Looks like a great tool.
