It does make sense if you think about it. When you have a group of people (13 board members) who have been working together all year, they have a very good idea who makes a good leader. Makes sense they should be the ones to elect the next President. Yes, I think term limits should be addressed and set, not only for the President, but for board members too. Don't know where the holy grail (by-laws) is. I think it should be reviewed and updated, say, material about working with IDUG. Bitter? Yes, at IBM, not the IIUG. I've saw and went through a lot of horrific things with IBM and the IIUG. I'll never tell those stories in a public forum.
