To be fair to Christine, she is doing what she can and it's great that she is prepared to make the effort. However, it is crazy to have to have a team that goes around to one vendor after another and says "this is what we're doing, this is why you should support it, yadda, yadda, yadda..." It would be much more efficient for IBM to just start advertising IDS again, and start trumpeting the deals they get for IDS.
