Openlink Hors de Combat?

Does anyone know what is going on at Openlink? I have been attempting to contact them directly and through their local support for some weeks to follow up problems we are having in using Delphi 2.0 with their drivers and am getting absolutely zero response. Neither are they responding to communications from the local distributor. This is very unusual as in the past their service has been excellent. Are they being taken over? Is Kingsley in a coma? Does anyone know what is going on? Help, we need to go live with this software and it only works if we turn the security off completely! Arggggggh.....
