Phill, I don't want to insult your intelligence, but the variable is TERM,
not TERMINAL. O.K. Let's assume your using TERM and the problem is still
with you. What do you have INFORMXTERM set to? The two values allowed are
termcap or terminfo with the default being termcap.
Well if INFORMIXTERM isn't set or is set to termcap, the TERMCAP variable
needs to be set to a valid termcap file and your TERM value must have a
valid entry in this file.
