Table structure backup/restore

Hi All, How I can take the backup of table structure and all its data and how to restore that table including all data.We are using IDS 7.13 running on HP-UNIX 10.01. Thx,
While you must backup at a system or dbspace level, you can restore at = a table, column and/or row using the table level restore feature introduced in version = 10. John F. It is for both ontape and onbar
With Point in Time Table Level Restore you can restore
a single table, set of tables, specific columns in
the table and/or specific rows in a table.
