Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Hi.
I want to know if replacing former NUMCPUVPS, AFF_SPROCS, and so on for VPCLASS in IDS 10 brings any advantage in terms of better performance or avoiding malfunction. Admin guide just says "you should" (p. 6-13) and warns against using both notations at once.
Thanks in advance

No performance improvements. It's just a different (more consistent) way of
configuration.
We should all try to use it, since the old way is deprecated...
