Migrating Access database to Informix using ODBC worked, but now I have another problem. I have special characters in Access databases like ( ' ', '(in)', > ) and Informix converts them to _. Is their any easy way to convert them to different characters so that I can differentiate them ?. It also converts my Column Names to lower case letters, I would like to keep my columns names the way they are in Access ? ------------- Original Text From: "Girish Manmadkar" <ameya21@hotmail.com>, on 6/4/98 10:29 AM: To: <rekha_khandhadia@valenite.com> Hi Rekha, IF u have table's in Accesss then through ODBC you can migrate it to Informix database. Here u need to login as informix user so that it will create the database / tables automatically through export utility.
