Re: Eterprise Replication with NT server

Carl asks: >The Informix sale person tells me that Enterprise Manager that loads onto >the NT server comes bundled in the Dynamic Server product, 7.24. >Is this true? Does not sound like. >Does anyone out there know for sure? There's something called a Database Explorer that comes with 7.24. It is a little like the Informix Enterprise Command Center. (AFAIK, which is not quite the same as "for sure.") Be aware that the IECC is scheduled to be included with the 7.3 product (along with a *lot* of other changes in the way things are sold) and that it will be significantly different than it has been in the past. With the changes in the air in names, products, and sales strategies we'll all have to watch closely to keep up with what is what. ___________________________________________________________ Clem Akins (aka clem@informix.com) Informix Software, Inc (Standard disclaimers apply) International Technical Support Last seen: Learning more about 7.3 in Menlo Park, CA, USA
