ontape problem

Problem with ontape: When the first tape(150MB) fills up, I am prompted by Informix to insert tape 2. After hitting return to continue ontape fails with the following error - dd: read: I/O ERROR The following error appears in the log file: "Process exited with return code 1: Internal Subsystem failure: Archive on rootdbs ABORTED." Onconfig parameters are: TAPEDEV fdn:/dev/rst0 TAPEBLK 126 TAPESIZE 150000 We are running version 7.2 of the engine on Solaris 2.5 Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.
