Sounds ok. You could look at www.iiug.org under Special Software. June
Tong wrote some tools to unload a table from a level 0 ontape archive.
I think Solaris 2.5.1 is one of the support platform. You could unload
the tables to files using this, I think you get them in onunload
format. Then load them into a separate test instance of online..
Would mean you have more time to check the data without affecting the
users and do not need the users off the system for so long (only
whilst loading the required rows..)..
