Future of CISAM on RS6000

We have received a proposal for a system which will run on an IBM RS/6000 using Informix CISAM. We also have some old apps still running (well) on some SCO Unix boxes on Informix SE 4.0. Questions that I have are: 1. Does CISAM still have a future? 2. Can it be accessed with any ODBC tools? 3. Can our old SE tools (SQL, 4GL) be used with the CISAM files?
