online workgroup server 7.22 on NT Server CLI probs

I'm running online workgroup server 7.22 on NT server 4 with service pack 3. I cant however get ilogin to work. I get the 406 error. Do I need to do anthing with shared memory before this will work? How does shared memory work with NT? email to ag@roninsrv.demon.co.uk Thanks, Andy Gillespie.
