trial version of 4gl 7.3 on linux? I haven't heard of it... But I remember that when I install IDS on manddrake there was a problem witn curses. It was the fact that IDS expect a minor version of the curses library but Mandrake has a major version... the solution was a symlink, just that and everything works as expected.
