Informix support: Where are you?

Recently, I have found a bug in Informix C-ISAM. The supplier has told me that it is indeed a bug and that they have heard nothing about when/how it will be fixed from Informix. I posted a message to comp.databases.informix and received no reply from anyone. How can one get Informix to do more than just acknowledge that a bug exists?
