I should let someone from Informix answer this one.... BUT I believe the LIST price is $400 per runtime license (i.e. user) and somewhere between $3000 and $5000 per development seat. Now this is list. Previous 4gl licenses can be exchanged for a better price and if you are buying 450 users you can probably get a volume discount...
