I will grab the files as soon as I can. In the mean time, I have tried configuring the SERVICES and HOSTS files for Novell LAN Workplace. No go. The path I have is c:\\net\\tcp\\services and c:\\net\\tcp\\hosts All the Novell programs like Host Presenter, FTP, etc work. ie. the hosts I declare in the hosts file are recognized. The Informix -932 error says: "Error on network connection. lname2addr system call failed" Seems to me like it can't resolve the hostname I specified. Is it looking for the hosts file in some specific location? Let me try the WINSOCK approach. Maybe I will have better luck. Will keep you guys posted.
