IECC - sever discovery failed

I'm using IDS 7.3 and IECC on the same WinNT 4.0 server. I added a bunch of records to the database and ran out of space. Using IECC I created another dbspace and delete the records that I just added. After rebooting the machine I get the message "Server Discovery Failed". The DB server is correctly listed on the server property box. I've tried stopping and starting the IECC agent, deleting and adding the server but I can't get IECC to discover the server. Any ideas what went wrong? Shannon
