Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Had a really weird one at a customer site today. They are running OnLine
6.00.UE1P4 on big-ish HP box and accessing it from Gupta SQL Windows and
I-Net 5.01.
For reasons that are too tedious to explain, we re-installed OnLine this
morning. We just reinstalled it to the same place. All the onconfigs and
the sqlhosts file were saved and put back. No data areas were touched.
Now, dbaccess works perfectly, but the Gupta applications get -329
(Database does not exist or no system permission). We tried all the usual
knee-jerk stuff like re-booting the server and PCs.
Can anyone come up with any suggestions before I tear my little remaining
hair out?
Thanks,
