Re: ROM 2.1 SQL Editor and other tools don't work on my NT 4.0 system

Hello, I have experienced the same problem and the problem is in having another Informix setnet installation before your ROM 2.1 installation. The SETNET that comes with Client SDK is more advanced (new/higher release) than the one supplied eith ROM 2.1. Using a more resent version of SETNET (the one inside Client SDK) with an older product (ROM 2.1) will not work. So when the installation of ROM 2.1 occured, there was a conflict with the previous SETNET installation. Solution: a-or you do like Martin said (install everything in a different directory) b-or find all the "dll" of Client SDK (the uninstall does not take away everything) and delete them. Regards.
