Patent and Trademark Systems.

Hi all: We are working in a project for automation of property industrial offices (Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Industrial) and we have some questions without answers. Does anyone have any info about this questions? Question 1: Does anyone know any software for patent automation, that we can license ? Does anyone know any company that work in this activities? The system should allow: - Store the patents, including text and graphics (via scanners ?) - Query of patents using various access (e.g. text in patent, class, etc) - Display of the stored graphics. Question 2: Does anyone know any software for trademark automation, that we can license ? Does anyone know any company that work in this activities? The system should allow: - Store the trademarks, including text and graphics (via scanners ?) - Query of trademarks using phonetic similitude, text in trademark, etc. - Search via graphic similitude (?) - Display of the stored graphics. Question 3: Does anyone have any info about this product: ORBIT for Maxwell Online Inc.? Any data about the company? Question 4: Does anyone have a 4GL program, for search in a table via phonetic similitude of a column? Thanks in advance.
