ONLINE -27001 Error

-ONLINE 7.14 runnnig under HP-UX 10.10. -4GL clients on the same machine, connecting via onipcshm. There are about 16 users working...Suddenly, someone gets -27001 Error: Read error occurred during connection attempt. The onstat utility says state is 'OnLine Mode', and I can connect still via onsoctcp, but is impossible to access via shared memory (onipcshm). The only way is shutdown and reboot ONLINE. Someone can help me? Thanks in advance...
