IDS running on Solaris 2.6

Hi all, I am currently installing ODS version 7.23.UC4 on a Sun sparc running Solaris 2.6. After setting all necessary stuff up, INFORMIXDIR, sqlhosts, raw disk, etc... using onmonitor to configure the instance...I get the message..."cannot find message file, check INFORMIXDIR and DBLANG. I have checked with tech support and was told several times that this version of the engine was "okay" with Solaris 2.6 althought it was purchased to run on a Solaris 2.5.1 machine. Now, when I report this problem to tech support, they tell me the opposite. Any ideas? TIA Maria -------------------------------------------------------- Maria L.
