onstat -g ses is truncating the hostname

Hello,
I'm running an onstat -g ses as I need to find out the pids on various
hosts. But it is truncating the hostname to 8 characters. e.g.
session #RSAM total used
id user tty pid hostname threads memory memory
33141 simon - 32548 myhost00 1 651264 633984
33106 ben - 22024 myhost00 1 368640 356112
Where myhost00 could be myhost002 or myhost007 etc.
Is there a way I can get it to return the full hostname?
It is on Solaris 9.
Thanks.

I'm feeling like a broken record today (do people still understand the
reference to a circular grooved piece of vinyl?).
Which version of IDS are you using?
I am not aware of an option to display longer hostnames in the '-g ses'
output - which isn't quite the same as saying there is no such option. Did
you look in the manual for one?

you can sub $1 for the session id or create this as a script and pass
the
session id.
$INFORMIXDIR/bin/dbaccess sysmaster <<!
select sid, username, pid, hostname from syssessions
where sid = $1!

Thanks
for all the replies. onstat truncates which I didn't realise so I just can't
use it. I have to query the sysmaster db directly instead.
select sid, hostname, pid, username from syssessions;
Cheers,
