Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
I ended up getting everything working. It was a combination of:
for connecting from the local server with dbaccess:
1. setting the DBPATH=//database_connection_name/path/to/db
I also had to set 1. on the client plus the following:
2. changing the sqlhosts from onsoctcp to sesoctcp on the client
3. putting the client in /etc/hosts.equiv on the server
Thanks to everyone for their assitance.
