Informix 4GL for Windows problem

I am trying for some time to use 4GL for Windows with I-Net 5.x, maybe You have seen my posts about this. After talking with some guy in Informix Germany, it seams that my version of 4GL (4.10) was finished before they completed ESQL/C 5.x, so PEM and 4GL runner was not compiled with 5.x, in contrast to Form painter, which was, and works with I-Net 5.x and up. He mentioned that there might be later versions of 4GL for Windows, that was compiled with ESQL/c 5.x, and therefore will work with I-Net 5.x. Can somebody, please, confirm this? Do you have, or have seen version of 4GL for Windows later then 4.10 ? Have You seen dummy FGLSQLW.DLL in informixdir/bin/ ? Do you have idea about hidden meaning behind distributing dummy DLL files with I-Net 5.x ? Unfortunately, this file is supposed to be 4GL version 4.1 support DLL, and is described in manual as "module that allows INFORMIX-4GL for Windows Version 4.11 applications to communicate with an Informix database server located across a network". If they was so precise about version that is was supposed to support (4.11), and a part of 4GL V 4.10 (Form painter) is already working without it, is it impossible that later versions do not need FGLSQLW.DLL at all? So, once again, do you have, or have seen version of 4GL for Windows later then 4.10 ?
