A restore of a non-logged database from an archive is in a state of
logical consistency isn't it? Yes, we all know that.
But how does OnLine manage this. I can see how it's done if no
checkpoint is done between the start and end of the checkpoint. But if
one is done, with its attendant physical log emptying, how is consistency
maintained after restore?
