SYSTEM call

We use Informix 7.22 on NT. We try to call an external program witth the function SYSTEM in a store procedure. We got the following error : 16:16:25 System() command in stored procedure failed.User:informix,Command:c:\\test.bat. Win32 Error : A required privilegeis not held by the client.
