Loading BYTE data types from DBACCESS?

I need to populate a table that will contain BYTE data types (employee information and badge pictures). The character data is in delimited files and the pictures are JPG images and both are available on my server. Is there a way to accomplish this through DBACCESS. I don't have access to ESQL or 4GL.
