CPU utilization

Hi, We've got a W2000 machine running IDS 9.4 with 2 CPUs and the following ONCONFIG settings: MULTIPROCESSOR 0 NUMCPUVPS 1 SINGLE_CPU_VP 0 if any query is run with no-one else using the machine and you use task manager to view the CPU utilization. CPU utilization only goes up to maximum of 30 percent no matter how intensive the query is. We had a query that ran for 6 hours and only used 30 perc of the CPU. Anyone know how We can increase this?
