Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

The best solution that I can come up with is to create a string variable
in the stored procedure containing the "create table ........" stuff. And
then used the system command to do somthing like:
system echo string_variable_containing_create_statement | dbaccess
database_name
I've done this a couple of times to getarround the inability to
dynamically create a statement in SPL.
By the way. In IUS, a User Defined Routine can submit a "real"
prepare/execute sequence.
