I have got IDS version 9.40.HC4-HPUX-32 on hp-ux 11. While one of the stored procs has ran, IDS crashed with following error in online.log: Message Log File: /informix/logs/ncc.log Thread(392, sqlexec, 802e23a4, 1) File: mtex.c Line: 377 10:14:21 Action: Please notify IBM Informix Technical Support. 10:14:21 stack trace for pid 17374 written to /inflog/af.57015aa 10:14:22 See Also: /inflog/af.57015aa 10:14:43 Exception Caught. (No other user was not logged into the database at that moment). I couldn't do that with error: -211, Cannot read system catalog <sysprocplan>. The message in online.log was: 15:00:31 IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 9.40.HC4 15:00:31 Who: Session(16, inist@golovanova2006.office.micex.com, 3376, 80310d1 c) Thread(31, sqlexec, 802e0b14, 1) File: rsread.c Line: 2426 15:00:31 Results: Record not read 15:00:31 Action: Please notify IBM Informix Technical Support. 15:00:31 stack trace for pid 11748 written to /inflog/af.407595e 15:00:32 See Also: /inflog/af.407595e, shmem.407595e.0 15:02:01 read_record: deleted rowid = 0x4ce06, partnum = 0x6004a3 15:03:44 Fuzzy Checkpoint Completed: duration was 0 seconds, 5 buffers not flu shed, timestamp: 106469196. The question is: How I can drop the stored proc without restoring database from archive? Andrew Svihnushin, san@inist.ru
Maybe something is hung? Can you bounce informix (stop/start) and try
again? Also try running an oncheck on procedures to see what it turns
up ("oncheck --" should give you the syntax).
