Wong, Dept. of Computer Science, Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa 50011, U.S.A. by DECEMBER 1, 1994. A cover page should contain the title, author(s) names, affiliation, address, fax number, email address, an abstract and three keywords (taken from the list of conference topics). Fax or email submissions will not be considered. A letter must be included confirming that at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference if the paper is accepted. Notification will be mailed by FEBRUARY 15, 1995. The final camera ready manuscripts are due APRIL 1, 1995 for publication in the proceedings.
