Loading RDS programs on PCs

Hi, A colleague has a problem running Informix 4GL and RDS on PC's. He developed some fairly large programs in 4gl which would no longer compile on his PC. As he wanted to use the debugging system anyway he switched to RDS p-code. Now that he has an operational system he is looking for ways to speed up certain parts, specifically loading each program. At the moment he has a small C program which launches each program by executing fgo. He would like to know whether there is any way to load p-code to a currently running fgo as it is the length of time the system takes to load the interpreter which is causing the problem.
