It avoids specifying an actual catalog page number (remember, Informix prints new catalogs each year). The vendor email address (which is not included in the catalogs) is a must, at least for this forum. Also, we must support those readers who don't have the Informix Solutions Guides (Vendor and InSync). Believe me, there are a good number who don't have them, especially the InSync. It makes sense to provide one-stop vendor information shopping instead of being a cross-reference listing. I recommend a one sentence description for __each__ product that a company offers to support effective keyword searches. Just a few thoughts from the peanut gallery. BTW guys, keep up the good work. We all owe you, big time. /----------------------------------------------------------------------------\\ | Judy Domshy || | | Windstar Corporation || "Life is like riding a bicycle. | | Phone : 1 905 479 6621 || You don't fall off unless you | | Fax : 1 905 479 6086 || stop pedaling."
