A SQL Server licence may cost less than a specific migration tool, gives you another valuable skillset and if you want it a base for your datawarehouse with built in OLAP for nothing - which works with the likes of business Objects, and Excel for your beancounters if you are using win* in the desktop </heresy> Altough, if you're an *IX site, obviously you's need to factor in te cost of an appropriate server which makes thecosts rise rater a lot.
