Sort via ODBC

When using ODBC , I cann not Sort the data, because I get the error message: Cannort Sort, Sort field must be in the Select list. But this special fiel dist in the Select list. SELECT sortfield FROM t ORDER BY sortfield Any new ODBC-Driver, which solve the Problem ?

Hello Bernhard. I think, the ODBC-Driver of Informix sends only the unique key (if you use Snapshots in M$-VB) to the PC, so it can only sort this fields!
