RECORD in SPL

Hi..Users.. Env informix OWS 7.20. Q 1. Is there any way to define a record, e.g Abc IS Record { col1 Like table2.col3, col2 LIKE table1.col2, ......... } in stored procedure language. In most my procedures I am calling other procedures . And the no. of parameters i have to send is more than 20 in some of the cases. Also.... I don't want to make the parameters as globals . So, I can call another procedure as : CALL proc_1 (abc.*) RETURNING.......; Q 2. Is there any way to store the returned values in a record? Thanks for any help in advance.
