ESQL/C library functions - Any change from 5.x to 7.x

Hi, We are currently a Informix 5.04.UC2 shop and are moving to Informix 7.23.UC5 . Is there a list of Informix ESQL/C library functions whose definitions have changed from ESQL/C 5.04 to ESQL/C 7.23.UC3 ?. By definition, I mean the number of arguments, the type of argument...etc Also, what are the other precautions that need to be taken during coding and compilation of ESQL/C code.
