Re: |First, we prepare a cursor from a construct and open, do a bunch of |inserts, and close it. From this, we prepare another cursor, open |and fetch one record into a program record and display accordingly. |Great!! All works so far. |Now, we exit this function and go to a function that does the |dreaded "DATABASE <db-name> EXCLUSIVE" statement, does a couple of |selects and updates, then "CLOSE DATABASE" and "DATABASE <db-name>". |Great again!! |OK, here it is, without exitting so far, we go back and do the |exact same sequence in the first ex. and are getting -410 errors. |Problem is, it's erroring on an INSERT Statement. Have you tried 'free'ing the cursor(s) after closing it(them) the first time ? This sounds to me like it may be one of those error messages that are actually caused by inter-galactic interference from another statement altogether <:) Hope this helps, Richard Ridley
