Insufficient buffer size for error message

Hello, We are still working with IDS 7.31 on Windows NT4, we are about to start a project to migrate. But I have a question about the version we are actually working with. I notice more and more often the following message in the logfile: "Insufficient buffer size for error message". Does anyone know what this message means and what I can do to correct it? Thanks.
