NO!!!! Do not mess with system catalog tables! It MAY be safe to
perform an ALTER FRAGMENT ON TABLE sysdistrib INIT IN ... keeping it
in the same dbspace but compressing it since ALTER FRAGMENT does not
change the tabid of the table. I'd test that on a database you do not
care about first though. The normal rule is "Leave catalog tables well
enough alone!" so do not consider this a recommendation just a wild
idea.
