Julie, there could be many reasons for this problem, usually it is a simple programmers fault. Some time ago we had the same problem (IDS 9.12 and 9.13 on HPUX 10.20). We opened several cases but the problem occured always again (usually by performing a big select in WebDatablade). IDS 9.14UC1 solves all those problems.
