Dunno if it will solve your problem, but on HP-UX 7.1? I had problems
with dbaccess and isql with TERMCAP=$INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap so I used
TERMCAP=/etc/termcap and it works very nicely.

Hello out there,
I've problems setting TERMINFO or TERMCAP on SCO 3.2v5.0.4 and INFORMIX-Online
7.22.UC3. When displaying a form with ISQL all is working well. But if I hit
the INTERRUPT-KEY in a form, the screen is messed up (the menu is shown in
the middle of the screen). After pressing <CTRL>+R the screen is shown
correctly. So I've tried several settings, but with no success:
1) INFORMIXTERM=termcap
TERMCAP=$INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap
TERM=vt100
2) INFORMIXTERM=terminfo
TERMINFO=/usr/lib/terminfo
TERM=vt100
I've set TERM to vt100 or vt220 or vt320, but there is always the same
effect...
When starting a 4GL-program, the screen is not messed up when pressing the
INTERRUPT-KEY in a form, but at the position of the cursor is a "[6;71H"
displayed.
We have several other machines of other vendors (HP, Motorola, Olivetti) where
these problems do not occur.
Can anybody help me??? I'm getting mad...
Thanks in advance
Dirk
