Hi,
What does this statement in the sysadmin database show?
select * FROM ph_threshold WHERE name = 'ALERT HISTORY RETENTION';
The value is a varchar that gets cast to an interval day to second.
There should be a job in ph_task called 'Alert Cleanup' which gets called
daily to purge table ph_alert.
Ben.
