Re: "Changing Data structure...."

I am running 7.23UC4 on Solaris 2.6
I experience the same results.
"Changed data structure fored command termination"
This corresponds to Informix Bug #68290
Desc: onstat -u and onstat -g ses will give forced command
termination error with machine name (hostname) greater than 8
characters are output. This is to be fixed in 7.23UC5. Informix ODS
is not able to format the output from the commands. The fix will
truncate any characters over 8.
This occurs from client connections into the database originating from
a host whose ID is 8 characters or longer.
Here is a workaround.
For example My PC's computer name used to be "7342023audiew" (greater
than 8 characters). I switched it to be "audiew" (6 characters).
Now when I perform an "onstat -u" or "onstat -g ses" I see audiew in
the hostname.
To determine which clients are accessing your system do a "netstat -a"
and grep for the service name being used. You can look at the output
and determine which users are accessing your system.
