Sizing Parameters

I'm going to be relocating a version 5.10 database to version 7.23. I'm going to be detaching the indexes, and fragmenting my large tables. Is there a utility (besides tbcheck -pT) which will get me the size in pages of my table's data versus the size in pages of the table's index(es) without locking the table?
