To use the GUI, you must have setup and running, the cdragt snmp agent. The
GUI uses SNMP, not setnet. This should be documented (however it is poorly
done).

Yes. Again, there is an API which is loosely documented, that you can write
to.
If you have ESQL/C, you will find in the $INFORMIXDIR/demo a directory
'./cdrapi'.
This contains some esql/c programs written to the api. While this isn't
supported
(yet), I am finding it to be the only reliable method for
administering/configuring
CDR.
