Re: What is "semop failed, errno: 36" ??

On HP-UX, semop returns errno 36 when the semaphore Id, on which your process is waiting, is removed from the system. I think that when Online aborted,due to the termination of a process in critical section, the Semaphores/Shm segments were removed and semop() returned 36 [EIDRM - identifier removed] to your process.
